STEM Access & Education
We partner with schools, HBCUs, and community-based organizations such as Women in Technology (WIT) and Girls in Technology (GIT) to expand access to science, technology, engineering, and math. Through hands-on bootcamps, scholarships, and mentorship programs, we equip the next generation with tools for success.
Mental Health & Wellness
MSM supports alternative mental health interventions through partnerships like Serendipity Equine. These programs use horse-assisted therapy to help youth and veterans recover from trauma, build confidence, and improve emotional well-being.
Veteran Support
We honor the dedication of America’s service members by offering targeted employment opportunities, transition support, and healing initiatives. From hiring veterans to funding recovery programs, MSM stands with those who served — every step of the way.
Local Economic Empowerment & Community Support
MSM drives local growth by supporting small and minority-owned businesses, investing in historically underserved areas, and fostering HUBZone engagement. Through subcontracting partnerships and community reinvestment, we fuel stronger local economies. We support our local communities by partnering with food and clothing nonprofits to feed our neighbors and provide quality warm clothing and essentials to those in need.
Duty and Honor
MSM is a supporter of the Diplomatic Security Foundation’s Mike Considine Charity Golf Outing. Named in honor of DS Special Agent Mike Considine, who founded the event in 1995, the outing provides critical grants to members of the global DS “family” facing hardship or crisis and supports our scholarship program for high school seniors. DSF has awarded over $1.7 million in grants, including $90,000 in 2024 alone. MSM is deeply honored to assist this great cause.
